This started out as you needed a vote to be come the greatest pet supplier, now you want a review I would say that was a lie...so as I hate lying and you clearly are lying and I will now presume that the prizes are also bogus that says an awful lot about how we can trust you. Good Initial Experience

As a new customer, the set up procedure was straightforward . I did have a query which was answered promptly by email ( the office was closed, being a Saturday). I very much hope that there is not going to be a need to claim on my policy, but if I do, it is reassuring to read such positive reviews from customers who have unfortunately needed to make a claim. Amazing Company with honest pricing

I have a new puppy that I wanted to get a lifetime cover for as she is a GSD. I was recommended to get a quote from this company by a friend who has used them for their dogs. The quotes received blew the competitors out of the water for the same level of cover. The policy documents were easily accessible and there were not hidden fee's, or charges. I loved the option to vary the level of cover and how the levels were fully explained. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Thankfully I have not had to call on the insurance yet as my puppy is healthy and not too mischievous, but have no doubt that the customer service will be as amazing as it has been so far. Very knowledgeable staff able to resolve queries on placing an insurance.

Very efficient staff who resolved my previous company's unsatisfactory exclusion clause when I came to renew a policy. As a result I transferred the insurance to Lifetime Pet Cover at a better premium & better terms & conditions. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018
