Impressive

I made 2 claims last year and each time the process was quick and easy. They paid out Immediately. They were easy to contact and talk to an actual human. They were so good Ive gone with them again this year too. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Very disappointing

Communication is very poor particularly about what they will and won’t pay out for. You gay a random figure payout without explanation or a breakdown of what they are paying for. Our old insurer told us exactly what was covered prior to each treatment so that we could make informers decisions about care and what costs were involved.
