Hustle free Remortgage

I locked in a new deal to remortgage my property. Managed to lock in a new rate secured for 6 months due to high interest rates going up. I'm happy to say that my remortgage has now completed all in the comfort of my home. It was a very smooth transition with no hiccups. Fantastic support

Lloyds customer service while I was going through the process of buying a house and arranging a mortgage was second to none. As a first time buyer the whole process was new and unfamiliar to me but my mortgage adviser guided me through every step. Cannot recommend more highly! Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Good bank complaint resolved to our satisfaction

We applied for a mortgage with Lloyd's and got offered a fantastic rate (just before they all went up). After paying the product fee we were informed we couldn't have the rate as our mortgage needed to start 1 day later. Made a complaint and it was resolved (we got the rate, seller had given us wrong info) and it was resolved quickly so very happy in the end. Informed the mortgage advisor would undergo training.
