When evaluating a member's loan application, our loan panel considers the possibility of offering a smaller amount. However, if this could put additional strain on the member, it is typically avoided. Please know that this decision does not prevent you from being offered a loan in the future if your circumstances change. Response date: 30th June 2025

I have saved with Capital Credit Union for some time now, they are easily contacted great operatives always kind and polite, I can withdraw from my account via my iPhone so need to call CCU, I would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

Loving My Account Number And Other Stories

I have been with London Capital Credit Union for a long time now. I have always had a very good experience. The advisors are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. There are a few technical issues I have, namely forgetting it is not a 24/7 type system, but other than that, I have had no real issues or anything that would make me give up my account, plus, I love my account number.
