Loqbox has made a massive difference!

I think it’s a good way to start saving and building credit but I just think it’s way too expensive for what it does. I think it is too difficult to navigate how to access what you are paying for and to stop that, and it would be so much more easy to manage with an app. Reviewed on: 28th June 2025

My experience was mixed to be honest.

I am fairly new to loqbox, about 3 months in to being a user. I have seen a change in my score for the positive although i am still understanding the features i do see this as a good way to build my credit back up. It's user friendly, interactive and engaging. I would like to see basic everyday language to inform new users what things mean and how they work could be helpful - in reels or slides. Reviewed on: 28th June 2025

Great concept, poor support

Asked to close all my accounts, support never got back to me, which meant when I didn’t pay this was shown on my credit file. Support never got back to me and still waiting a response from my second request! Reviewed on: 28th June 2025
