Account opening was done with relative ease. Branch team were busy so had to make contact for updates. Staff/customer service were extremely helpul and responded pretty quickly. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

I'm a big fan and have been a member for several years. The personal touch makes all the difference and smaller building societies hit the mark. It's a pleasure to deal with a person rather than a machine. I have a regular savings account with a good interest rate. Nip in and give them a try. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
