I am very impressed with Loughborough Building Society. In seeking to take out an ISA, I received incredibly prompt, courteous and helpful support and guidance. This was a surprise. I am more familiar with impersonal, online, painstaking journeys to get information I need from banks. Well done this is very refreshing. To deal with a named person Abigail who follows through with you, is so good and has given me the reassurance that if I have any problems with my new account in the future I will get the support I need.
