A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Excellent - Responsible Lender

The Rochdale team are the best! My mum is profoundly deaf & has never had an issue accessing any of the services, the staff are patient and helpful, despite being run of their feet at times (Xmas). Reviewed on: 2nd June 2022
