There when I needed them

Credit union have helped me a lot I got a child benefit loan off them and I have been with them a few years now they have also let me take money out of my locked savings when I really needed to and I also have recommended them to a few people I know now instead of getting a high interest loan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Why can’t I use savings to pay loan

I had £300 savings but you wouldn’t let me transfer them over off my loan so I was paying interest on a loan of £400+ when in fact if the savings were deducted I would only owe £50 and a lower interest too Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

Live savers when struggling with cost of living

I have had my amount for numerous year and I have had lots of loans (child benefit loan) and had no problem with payments as it is very fair to what you have to pay back. Even when I have been struggling they have allowed me to withdraw money from my savings too. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025
