A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. By the people, for the people!

I can access my account/savings at any time of the day through the online app. There’s also lots of offers that encourage saving and you are able to get access to loans that you may not be able to get through your usual high street bank.
