A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Manchester Credit Union is one of the best unions around! The staff are always super helpful and very polite. I have used them for around 4 years now whenever I have been struggling. Excellent way to get a loan without all the hassle of finding somewhere that will give you a loan.I have a family loan that I have been able to get again as I need,I don't miss payments because child benefit pays straight to the union and I don't miss having that money Reviewed on: 18th May 2022

Easy

I’ve been using Manchester credit union to save. The money is deducted direct from my salary so I don’t have worry or budget. It was easy to set up and has been running nearly two years. It’s easy to withdraw money if I need to in an emergency. (Which happened recently when my boiler broke). I find the whole thing easy and transparent. Reviewed on: 18th May 2022
