Anyone who lives or works in Manchester, Tameside, Trafford, Rochdale, Stockport or High Peak and Bury can join Manchester Credit Union and apply for a loan.

Manchester Credit Union loans are available for up to £15,000. Members can clear the balance of a loan at any time and won’t be charged any early settlement fees.

There when I needed them

Credit union have helped me a lot I got a child benefit loan off them and I have been with them a few years now they have also let me take money out of my locked savings when I really needed to and I also have recommended them to a few people I know now instead of getting a high interest loan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

I love Manchester Credit Union. It is a great way to save but they have also been there for me in my toughest time when I needed a loan. Being able to use your Child Benefit payment to repay the Family Loan is fantastic, they also set a small amount to your savings and give what is left over back into your bank account, there is no stress about missing a payment. Manchester Credit Union is the only loan company I've used since I found them. I regularly renew my loan, I find it a great help, and the savings come in great use also. Renewing is easy and the staff having been very helpful, efficient and professional and everything is dealt with very quickly.
