There when I needed them

Credit union have helped me a lot I got a child benefit loan off them and I have been with them a few years now they have also let me take money out of my locked savings when I really needed to and I also have recommended them to a few people I know now instead of getting a high interest loan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Good overall experience

I found that the loan was straight forward to apply for. The interest and fees were explained clearly and are value for money. It is easy to pay extra, or change payment dates, but it can be difficult to get through to the team on the phone. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
