A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Excellent service

Absolutely brilliant service, so easy to apply for a loan, this is my second one and extremely pleased with the interest rate. The best thing is i have a savings account with credit union and the loan payment comes out of my wages, so no worries about it not being paid Reviewed on: 4th July 2025
