A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Thank-you credit union

I love credit union they’re the only loans company I’ve ever felt is manageable. They never give me more than I can borrow and taking the money directly from my child benefit and saving some aside makes sure I give my children a great Christmas every year. I was unfortunately a victim of fraud and someone diverted my child benefit to them for two months, credit union were very helpful and kind. I suffer with anxiety and ADHD the lady at the credit union helped me prepare/ practice what to say to HMRC when reporting it as I struggle making phone calls like that. I will use the credit union for the rest of my life I’m so grateful to them and i recommend them to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Brilliant application process, simple and easy to use and quick results. If unsuccessful then MCU offer alternatives so that you’re able to afford repayments. This is crucial to help customers who are struggling manage their debts and not get into deeper debts. The weekly rates are affordable and overall customer service of MCU is vibrant and friendly.
