A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. I’ve been a proud member of Manchester Credit Union for just over 8 years now, and I can honestly say they’ve been absolutely faultless from day one. From the ease of applying for a loan to the consistently friendly and helpful customer service, everything about them is professional, efficient, and stress-free. Even when I’ve had just a simple question, their team has always been quick to respond with kindness and clarity. A special mention also has to go to the Busy Bee Lottery, I was lucky enough to win at a time when I really needed a boost, and it couldn’t have come at a better moment. It just shows how much this credit union gives back to its members. If you’re looking for somewhere trustworthy, supportive, and community-focused, Manchester Credit Union is it.
