Staff very friendly and always helpful. We paid for a valuation through yourselves and we were not happy with the valuation given it was £40k... Staff very friendly and always helpful. We paid for a valuation through yourselves and we were not happy with the valuation given it was £40k less then we have been told from our own evaluation and was considerably less in comparison to recent house sales on our street. Obviously the more equity in your house the better the internet rate so we feel a little cheated. We have renewed with you for a fixed 2 yrs as time was ticking and we just wanted an easy renewal this time round. Read more Read less

My Bond matured on 16 th October 2025 . I filled n the form , expressing my wishes (reinvest some and a cheque for the... My Bond matured on 16 th October 2025 . I filled n the form , expressing my wishes (reinvest some and a cheque for the rest). I didn’t receive any confirmation that my pass book and form had been received.Then last Tuesday I had an email from MBS thanking me for reinvesting and asking How did we do?. At this point I had received no comms, no passbook and no cheque. On Friday 7th November I decided to visit the Mansfield branch. I was told that a cheque had been posted to me on 4th , and a suggestion was made that I wait till the following Monday , as it might come then. (Which it did).
