The whole process of setting up a Trust account took almost 3 months although there were a couple of very small delays while documents/ID was sent/received but I felt I was doing so much chasing/emailing as replies were not received when I'd been told they would be. Person dealing with it had several intermittent days of annual leave but I wasn't told until after each event. I wasn't really kept in the picture at all. One reason for the delay was given as the "high volume of trust applications" but maybe they shouldn't accept more than they can cope with. I have been a member for some years now and the customer has been excellent.

Sent application form and was opened within a few working days, was given an email to provide update on the application.

Easy to deal with. Gave reinvestment options, letter arrived in plenty of time. Was easy to understand options, very clear.

Good communication and an easy experience to swap my products all questions answered in a timely manner. Thank you
