Decided to open a next savings account to start putting aside money for a particular future purpose. Staff at Chesterfield branch explained options we have... Decided to open a next savings account to start putting aside money for a particular future purpose. Staff at Chesterfield branch explained options we have , security checks needed and asked us to come back in 30 minutes , if convenient , which it was. Account was ready for our return. Now to make monthly transfers and the interest rates including first year bonus clearly advised with other product options. Read more Read less

    Our rates for remortgaging were okay, not as competitive as other organisations. Difficult to move mortgage provider due to conveyancing costs. Feel stuck.
