Not impressed being wrongly addressed

I've only deposited savings with you, but the covering email for this survey thanked me for taking out a mortgage with you (which I haven't) and called me a borrower (when in fact I'm a saver.) That's how to alienate customers. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Friendly and efficient service

We had a number of transactions to complete following a bond maturity. The branch staff at Kirkby in Ashfield were brilliant, we even received the pass books back by post the next day. Exceptional Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

Mansfield Branch

All the staff at the Mansfield branch are so warm and welcoming. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service is second to non Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

Good rates, could be better on customer contact

Postal account so it was good to find that there is a way to pay in electronically. Not good that there is no confirmation of receipt of funds, thereafter, no letter, no email since the opening payment (by cheque) was confirmed and the passbook sent. Presumably, one is expected to wait for annual statements?? Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

Problems getting in touch by telephone

Booked an appt but needed to get in touch with the office before then. Tried to phone on several days but no-one answered the phone. Not good really. But otherwise ok. Reviewed on: 4th February 2023
