Excellent Service

I transferred an ISA. It was very easy to do and opened very quickly. Reviewed on: 17th November 2023

Great experience and smooth transaction

My postal account opening of my ISA and subsequent transfer into this new account was very easy, including a very easy and straightforward website for me to navigate and to download my forms to speed up the process and to save waiting upon the mailing service to deliver my application pack. I find Mansfield BS many times better than the big banks including the competitive rates of interest on offer. Reviewed on: 17th November 2023

Friendly and Personal Service

Needed to open Savings Accounts, and the other banks and So Called Building Societies, were not really bothered, just handing out a leaflet and telling you to apply online. The Staff behind the counter at the Mansfield Building Society took time to listen and advise Reviewed on: 17th November 2023

Ineterst Rates

Good experience with the bank but disappointing Interest rates compared to other providers. Had to close my savings account and invest the savings with another provider with an interest rate of 5.7%. Reviewed on: 10th November 2023
