Great product- Decent interest rate.

Needed a short term savings account with a good percentage rate,& found MBS online with a flexi/variable rate doing just that.Very competitive! Good customer experience when I rang head office in Mansfield. Bit surprised there was NO app for the account & felt it was a bit old fashioned to get a “Pass-Book” for my savings.Although you are told ,the account is operated via the post,it’s a shame you can’t access the account online,which is what I’m usually used too Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023
