Warm friendy staff.

Met with same staff member on 3 different occasions who was polite and helpful in sorting out our IAS accounts for my husband and myself. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

Great customer care

After having an ISA with one of the major banks I switched to Mansfield due to it's 5 fold higher interest rate on what I had been receiving on my easy access account, however the customer experience with the Mansfield was far superior. Helpful and experienced staff answered all queries clearly and accurately, thank you to the Chesterfield branch staff. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

interest rates not as good as they used to be

My husband and I had 6 reg savers but have closed 4. We have been with you about 14 years. We found that our accounts always paid more than an instant access account with the Coventry BS and the extra interest was useful. Over the last year this has not been the case. Also there is a lack of information about interest rate increases or no increases following Bank of England base rate rises. Finally got round to investing in an ISA

I'd been meaning to do this for ages but things kept cropping up to prevent me from doing so. When I finally got round to setting up an ISA, it was so easy and quick to do I wondered why I had let other circumstances delay me. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

Executors account

It did take a while to get the account set up as we are going through probate. On the date of the appointment, the process was easy as I'd already asked what paperwork was required. However, the name on the payment book needed to be changed as it didn't say it was an executors account (which was required for making payments into). Reviewed on: 18th April 2023

friendly staff / polite

i have only just become a member of Mansfield building society in March 2023 so I can't really comment on the service yet ,but time will tell . the lady that dealt will me was very good . she went through the items that would suit what i was after in a building society Reviewed on: 17th April 2023

Local Friendly Building Society

In my experience, just walk in & the friendly, helpful & professional staff will serve you there & then over the counter without fuss for most transactions. For anything needing more time or privacy an appointment will be mutually agreed. It's a pleasure going in the branch at Mansfield. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
