Very friendly and professional staff

Was really pleased to have been seen as I just popped in on the off chance. The lady I saw transferred one account to a new ISA for me, she was very knowledgeable and very approachable. The new offices are really light and welcoming. Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

Friendly local Building Society

Mansfield Building Society email me (as I agreed they can do) to notify me of their current products and interest rates. I choose the 2year ISA at an interest rate of 1.3%. Still not a brilliant rate but much better than the current market rate. I arranged to come into the branch and spoke to Louise who explained things very well and answered all my questions. Louise then left me to decide if I wanted to proceed or not. I did wish to proceed and she handled all the paperwork with speed and efficiency. Smashing local building society and smashing people. I went to open new fixed rate saver bond

Perfectly happy with your service - the only reason I did not transfer my savings into a new bond was that you were not offering the product that I required - a one year fixed rate bond. Reviewed on: 8th March 2022
