The Mansfield is rather off the pace

The account in question was Quarterly Access Community Saver. A useful little account but now obsolete in the face of many instant access accounts with better interest rates. There were issues concerning communicating with the Society and the payment of withdrawals about which I wrote to the CEO. He did not afford me the courtesy of a reply and the issues remain unresolved. I am fond of the Mansfield but I think top management could try harder to justify their colossal remuneration packages.
