Good service and quick too

I like the fact that in this day and age they still have a passbook for you account with the amount you have in your account. It might not be the most convenient but it's still nice. Nice and local to where live too which is great. Reviewed on: 26th October 2020

Excellent Service and Interest Rates

Poor regard for customer loyalty

There are three comments I would make: !. I have now moved to Congleton and have no access to a branch. All my dealings have to be done remotely. 2. Your procedures are not very convenient for a remote user. I have always found your address change procedure far more demanding than others - in particular the period within which a formal document showing the new address is too stringent. I always have difficulty providing one. 3. The two letters I received during the ISA transfer process were curt and sparse. There was no suggestion of any appreciation for my custom over the years.
