Always excellent customer service

In my Sutton-in-Ashfield branch the Staff are always friendly and curteous. Take time to explain and give advice on choices available. Spacious, modern, welcoming environment . Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

Takes ages to withdraw money- your money always ends up in th weekend dead period when earning nil interest.

Also regular savers are supposed to earn more than BOE not less - Mansfield keeps cheating in not passing on BOE rises or slow about it and not going up as much as BOR rate. The regular saver I was in was an old issue and being left to rit on the vine by mansfield - not for me I have voted with my feet Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

Please contact us on 01623 676350 and ask for a member of the Savings Management team or email us at [email protected]. We constantly review our rates to ensure we remain competitive and react to market conditions and we are increasing variable rate savings accounts on 1st September having previously increased rates on 1st June. Whilst the majority of our rates are not directly linked to the Bank of England Base Rate we are sorry to hear that on this occasion you didn’t feel that we were competitive. Opening new account

No problem with actual appointment. Very efficient and polite. I have however found it difficult to arrange these appointments - sometimes there are none available, or the only options are at times that I find inconvenient. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

Interest rates

Great interest rates passed on to savers. Also mansfield branch has been supporting the town all my lifetime. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

regular saver

My husband and I have saved into regular savers for over 10 years and the interest has always been better than our instant access account with the Coventry BS. The Mansfield accounts are now lagging behind so we have closed 3 of our accounts and are soon to close another. People at the Mansfield are lovely to deal with. Reviewed on: 10th August 2023

Friendly, professional staff.

My husband and myself both opened Cash ISAs recently, and the process was very straight-forward due to all the information provided,---as well as the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff at your Sutton Branch.
