Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Value for money

Fantastic service and price

First time pet owner and couldn’t fault my experience so far. Have had to make a claim already and it was dealt with instantly. They paid the vet directly so I wasn’t out of pocket and for all information from the vet too so all I had to do was start the claim. I got regular text updates and it was resolved within 5 days. Such good value

I had looked at many pet insurance companies, but bought by many was by far the best value and they have been fantastic with customer service. Any time I've needed to speak to anyone it has been extremely easy to get through and every detail I've needed help with has been dealt with promptly and professionally. They really are the best. Best deal by far

No need to look anywhere else!

When my renewal for our dog came through from PetPlan with yet another increase, I wanted to see if there was a better deal out there - only had to look as far as Bought By Many as they came recommended on the pet forum I am a member of. Very easy to deal with, quick and they beat PetPlan on premium, levels of covers and service! No need to look anywhere else. Will be moving the cat over too shortly! Highly recommended.
