Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Customer service

Their customer service is amazing, calls are answered quickly and they are very helpful when it comes to queries, they don’t overload you with information or use jargon that doesn’t make sense. They make understanding your insurance easy and stress free, I have already recommended them to friends and family. Give it a try you won't be disappointededed

Great service lovely people to talk to so straight forward never had money back was a pleasant surprise. Haven't had to use our insurance so far as Barney is such a happy and healthy dog but having many pets there gives me assurance that if the worst happens it can be taken care off.
