We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I like the fact I get 20% of my premium back if I make no claims each well. I received this 4 years in a row now. Premiums have gone up but are still competitive. Customer service has been good with phones answered promptly and knowledgeable staff. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Best range of benefits

Having reviewed various options, I chose ManyPets because it offered the best range of benefits. Their FirstVet video call service was very useful one weekend when my dog had a rash and I was able to get advice immediately. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

No quibble just fantastic customer service. I’ve made two claims one each of my dogs. Everything is done online I have comprehensive insurance. And they just let me know when it was paid back into my account. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
