Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

1000% recommend

Very easy purchase process and referral scheme was a plus!

Searching for the right pet insurance isn't easy, but I thought bought by many had the best and clearer options available. I also used the referral scheme and very easily managed to get an amazon voucher which was a plus. Thankfully I haven't had to make a claim yet, but everything has been great so far. Simply the Best !

I was distraught when my dog suddenly became seriously ill. The Bought by Many staff were superb - understanding, sympathetic and extremely efficient in dealing with the vet.
