Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Works better for your money

Top insurance company

I've been with bought by many for 2 years now, have had no problems and although I hsbent needed to claim, the package they provide is very competitive and service is very comprehensive and I am very confident that they would support me 100% in any claim. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Friendly and helpful and best value for money!

Bought by Many were by far the cheapest company for my Great Dane insurance however that certainly hasn’t stopped them being professional! The team are helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble! Would recommend to anyone! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
