I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Claims can be thrown out for the least little thing

I have only claimed once and due to the vet calling my pet a marginally different breed to many pets my claim was thrown out. After talking to them the claim is now continuing through the system but is in a queue. This has been a lengthy process. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
