Great comprehensive cover and peace of mind at a competitive price.

Have insured our two cats with a fixed for life policy so I have comfort in that there will be no annual increases, yet still have a very good cover plan. Will be soon doing the same for a new puppy and thus taking advantage too of multi pet discount! Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Low in cost...HIGH in cover

I had never had pet insurance as it was over 20 years since my last dog died. Having spoken to the vets I used then and now. It was clear how things have changed and treatment now offered. And the cost of these treatments if needed. I looked at many pet insurance companies....reading the cover,and how they remove things at renewal if you need to make a claim. Brought By Many do not do that. And the cover is a lot higher than others I viewed at a cost well below. So it made sense BIG time to select Brought By Many to cover my Puppywhen I got her,and for future years we are to enjoy. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Top cover low price

I googled and rang pet insurances for several weeks before making a decision. This is my first pet I've insured so wanted it to be right. I also spoke to my vet about how much cover I should go for and other tips to look out for. So when I come across bought by many which I saw on Facebook with alot of excellent reviews I looked into it and it was a clear winner for me. :) Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

A great company who really cares

When my cat had an accident in June I was worried about dealing with the insurance company as I had never had to claim before. It was so easy, I just filled in the online form and they did the rest. I was reimbursed within a week! Unheard of right! I had to take him for 3 follow up appointments and rang them to see if I could include these as the claim had already been paid and a lovely sales assistant told me that yes they would cover that and don't worry about it just fill in the online form and explain that it's a follow up and they will pay that too. Great company manned by real people who are always trying to be helpful it would seem. A breath of fresh air. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Happy canine owner !

After reading favourable reviews last year, decided to change insurance to Bought By Many. Unfortunately a few months later my dog became ill - from my initial contact with the company to the end of the claim process, I was delighted with the customer care shown to me. Fast efficient very good experience

I have had the misfortune of having to make several claims in the past year with brought by many and my unlucky Labrador has had several trips to my vets. My dog means the world to me and his happiness is paramount. It's not a nice time for my beloved dog. Only pet insurer I trust

Fantastic customer service, honest and reliable insurer. They even cover dental with the premium policy which is very rare! They pay out quickly and provide all info needed without the jargon. Love bought by many and will always recommend! Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
