Very Easy Company For Your Claims!!

When to come to claiming many pet I definitely the best insurance I've had over the years. They deposit the money bank into you bank within a few working days if not quicker which I appreciate. They also have a good range of cover which makes life feel a bit easier when you have an accident prone dog like mine. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Simple and speedy response

Our puppy became very ill suddenly, we had never had to use pet insurance before, therefore we didn't know what to expect. We made a claim, filled in the simple form. Provided receipts from the vets and we had the claim settled and money in the bank in less than six hours. I was speechless, excellent service. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

First claim experience - I don't understand the 2 excess amounts, why they differ (£99 or £25) and then there is an admin fee on top x2 and it really should be one claim. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Insurance for an elderly pet can be a problem. ManyPets provided a great value insurance for my soon to be 16yr old doa. She has arthritis but has not required vet intervention for many years now, and ManyPets are fair enough to say this would not be counted as a preexisting condition. Easy access on the internet to my account and plenty of information and advice for a multitude of situations. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
