We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Well deserved!!

One of the reasons we moved to ManyPets was that we were considering another dog and I had run into someone who had three dogs. I asked how they managed all the insurance for the dogs. The affordability aspect! The rescue we was going to for another dog said our grounds were not suitability, which was ridiculous! Our grounds are very secure. So, we didn't get another dog but we did get a new insurance company for Toby. One that so far has been very cost-effective for us in these days of ever increasing bills. We get a lot of communication from ManyPets which is helpful and informative. We would certainly recommend ManyPets Pet Insurance for the top award. They deserve it!! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good experience although claims can be slow

We have unfortunately had to claim a few times - the process has been straightforward and when we have had to speak to staff, they have been very helpful. The only negative is that the claims have sometimes taken longer than is comfortable, considering you have had to pay out first! All in all, I would recommend ManyPets. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
