Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best decision I ever made

I moved to ManyPets from petplan and honestly it was the best move I did! Customer service is much better, staff are super friendly and very helpful! The added bonus of being with ManyPets I get cash back and there are some really good perks, I love that I can talk to a vet at any time if I need to, although I haven't needed to use that service it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have that option. Best insurance experience ever

Best insurance experience of any kind I have ever had. I submitted claim on a simple form at 4pm on a Friday after visiting the vet. I had the claim settled in full and money in my bank account that evening.! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
