I have made a few claims for both my dogs, every claim has been paid quickly. I have used the vet video chat before and it has been really helpful. If I have ever had to call and speak to an advisor they have always been very helpful and I have never had to wait long to get through to someone. Scam!

After having them for two years I needed to make a claim, however they gave me a HUGE run around. Everything I would get the papers I needed, they would send me back to the Vet to get more paperwork. I finally gave up on trying to get any money back and just cancelled my policy. Stay far FAR away from these scam artists. Reviewed on: 25th October 2022

Efficient, empathetic, friendly and prompt with dealing with claims

My dog suddenly became ill. The vet had to do quite a few tests to diagnose what was wrong with her. Each time I made a claim there were no dispute in paying vets fees. This made a difference to myself as it took weight off my mind about the cost of treatment. Can’t thank ManyPets enough. Reviewed on: 25th October 2022

My dog had to undergo scan for Limp! Put in claim so easily on line ! No paper work which is fabulous! Pay the Vet direct and update on progress of claim ! Had other insurance with other pet ! All very good but id recommend Many Pets as up to date technology and updates etc all online email nothing is missed. When called them nothing was a problem agent I spoken to was very helpful and professional and explained exactly what was required 5 * customer service. Reviewed on: 24th October 2022

I swapped from another insurance provider to Many Pets last December. Unfortunately in May, one of my dogs needed a lump removed from his tail. Fortunately it was nothing sinister. With the cost of living rising etc I was a bit worried about how long it would take for the claim to be settled. I needn’t have worried. The claim was paid within days of the vet submitting their report. When we got our rescue dog in February this year and I got a multipet discount and it was very easy to add her to my policy. I’ve recommended them to friends and 3 have taken out policy’s with them and are very happy customers. Reviewed on: 24th October 2022

I have had to contact Many Pets twice in the past week and I found the staff I communicated with over the phone had really good customer care skills and were very helpful. They showed compassion and a caring manor when speaking with me. Thank you please continue with this as it is really reassuring having someone communicating with you in this way as I was anxious about my pet, but they were helpful which is what you need when you are worried.
