Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Easy claim process

What I appreciate the most is the peace of mind knowing that unexpected vet bills won’t cause financial stress. I’ve submitted a claim for an emergency vet visit, and the reimbursement process was simple—just a few clicks through their app. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Really simple sign up & management process.

Really simple sign up & management process. Haven’t had to claim yet but comforted by my vets saying they were a good company to go with. The video call vet service is an absolute god send as a disabled person - to be able to check in with a professional to help decide if the emergency vets is needed, or to be able to book to see a vet with questions on such a flexible timescale really makes the insurance worth it. Also, the regular links to further learning - pet first aid, etc. Overall would recommend! Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Pricey but SO worth it!

At first glance they may seem pricey, however the cover is superb which brings peace of mind and along with my insurance I get unlimited free 24/7 video calls with a vet and a decent amount of money back each year if I’ve not needed to claim which is always a lovely surprise. I have saved hundreds of pounds in vet bills with the 24/7 vet alone which is great! Customer service has always been brilliant as well when I’ve had to make contact. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Very good value. Telephone vet service was outstanding when I needed it a while back. (Merry was a puppy with an upset tummy during the weekend when my vet practice was closed). Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
