Fantastic pet insurance

So easy to get a detailed, easy to read and understand insurance policy. Clear what is covered and what isn't. Highly recommend. I recently called to amend my direct debit and the advisor was very quick and even inquired about my puppy. Great customer service Reviewed on: 19th October 2022

The best out there

I've always struggled to pick the right insurers in the past til I came across bought by many, which are now many pets. They've never had an issue with a claim I've made for my dog who hae multiple health issues. Claims are mostly paid the same or next day if it's something he's had before such as routine blood tests, anything new in done within the week. The premium each month is expensive in my case but it's worth it for the peace of mind, especially when my dog needed scans and surgery. Have not only recommended them to family and friends but to everyone in my Facebook golden retriever group. There are lots of us with this company and always for the same reason. Fantastic service

I'm into my 2nd year using Many Pets, very good service, unfortunately I did have to make a claim but it is being dealt with very professionally and hopefully will be resolved quickly. Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Many pets ,the human face of pet insurance

I have contacted Many Pets couple times and they are so incredible helpful. They always explain everything clearly , they very clear about what policy dose what, how it changes how and what effects the policy. last year my friend contacted me about Billy, her Staffiy he was in a terrible state having seizures and all sorts, the vet she had taken him to, was at all bothered about him and fobbed her off ,distressed and distraught she contacted Many pets 24 online vet service, who immediately arrange for her to go somewhere else. They diagnosed pancreatic cancer and was having seizures was because his pancreas could not process the vaccination the first vet gave him. Unfortunately he passed away less than 24 hours later. The help my friend got from Many Pets definitely save Billy having a terrible and painful death which left with her first vet would almost certainly have been the case. Helped save my cats life

Without ManyPets we wouldn’t have been able to save one of my cats lives. He may end up having an operation to become transgender, but we aren’t worried about the cost as it is all covered on our insurance. Thanks to ManyPets, we don’t worry or stress about things anymore.
