Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Amazingly brilliant

I have previously needed to make a claim and change my address. Both of these things were achieved with very minimal effort on my part. I have 2 rescue dogs and Many Pets were the most competitive on the market, will be sticking with them for a long time. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022

Never had any issues.

I have never had any issues with them. They have always paid out every claim. When calling they always helpful and try to deal with my query as quickly as possible. When I had to tell them my dog had died they dealt with the situation delicately and systematically. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022
