Easy, friendly and hassle free

I have paid in to my pet insurance for 5 years, my dog had to have emergency spinal surgery after becoming paralysed, he was seen quickly and there was no problem with the claim. It was sorted directly to the specialist veterinarian and I didn’t have to do anything! I could concentrate on getting my boy back to health and not having to worry about the payments. I do pay a lot monthly but it was so worth it when it came to that dreaded incident. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Easy to navigate

Starting my policy with Manypets was so straightforward, the cost being affordable. Haven’t needed to use the insurance yet, thankfully, but if I do need to I have every confidence that the straightforwardness of the policy will continue. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Great insurance company

Generally a great company to deal with. Claims are usually settled quickly though did have to chase on our recent claim. Our Premium did increase by a large amount this year though which I can only assume is because we made a claim last year. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

So kind, considerate and just really helpful.

We have two elderly cats, and one was taken poorly earlier in the year and sadly we had to have one put down after a few months of being poorly, many pets helped, advised and supported us through a very difficult time, each and every staff member that I either spoke with or emailed was knowledgeable and courteous.
