I work at a Veterinary practice and have had various dealings with Many Pets, they have always been great to work with. From claim submissions, to communications, the staff are always very helpful. Which is why I switched insurers when my cats policy was up for renewal. Safe in the knowledge that he was very well covered! When we purchased a new puppy (after sadly losing our elderly lady) there was no hesitation who we would insure her with. We got a great price by adding her to our existing policy for our cat and the same great cover. We’ve not had to claim yet but we are very safe in the knowledge that it will be a very straight forward process! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Super quick no quibble payout

Best insurer by far

I had a situation last year with a blocked bladder on a cat he was in and out until they decided to do the full operation to transition him to a female to safe his life it was all covered under the 15k policy without this he would of died and now as a breeder insure my other pets with these guys truly outstanding.. you won't find a better cover and it was stress free you guys Rock.. Many pets good level of cover

Many Pets offer a good overall insurance cover for my dogs. Their policy is clear to understand and they are good at keeping customers informed. I have just made my first claim and disappointed to learn however that it will take 6-8 weeks to process. In the meantime I have maxed out my credit card and will have to pay interest. Great choice for pet insurance

I got 2 dogs 11 months ago and heard so many good reviews about many pets so decided to take my pet insurance out with them. Sadly both dogs have needed vet care and I’ve claimed twice on their policies. It was quick and so easy to do and I was paid out relatively quick. Best Pet Cover great customer setvices

Online vet is great and always helpful, when there not happy with the dog advised to see own vet. The customer services are always empathetic and very very helpful. We have chosen the set monthly charge for life as our previous dog started at a lower rate then as she got older with more health issues it went to over £100 per month which for us was unaffordable. We have used the insurance 3 times for our dog and they have paid us within 7 to 10 days on all claims, no quibbling or questioning just a great service. I have recommended to 3 people and have recieved amazon vouchers for each one. Would highly recommend this pet insurance company. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
