Good choice of plans, including the one I have which gives you back 20% of your premiums if there's been no claim in that year. They also provide, as part of your plan, free video consults with a vet. I'm sure little minor niggles could be sorted for free rather than paying a consultation fee at your vets! It’s been the most excellent experience with our pet insurance. Extremely easy to submit a claim, claims paid very quickly & additional bonus of on call vet! Also you only pay your excess once per year which is an excellent feature. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

The proof

You can only really tell how good your insurance is when you need to claim. We have 2 dogs and both have had issues this year. The one we were able to get advice from the online vet with a zoom call and the vet giving us on our 6year old wetting herself. It turned out she had a UTI. The second had a would that needed stitches under general anaesthetic and this was a financial claim that was paid in full with days. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Many pets have been amazing provider for our two dogs. Unfortunately I have had to claim due to a terminal illness with one of my dogs and they have always been professional and empathetic ; nothing has been a hassle, thanks many pets! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
