Bear Loves Many Pets

Many Pets have always been a very easy going company who help to the best they can. Would be lost without my insurance for my little furry pal. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Swift and supportive.

I've experienced the support and assistance from Many Pets twice in the last year. As a first time dog owner it can be stressful when your boy is unwell. Both times, they dealt with my claim super quick, without fuss or hassle and helped talk me through the process over the phone when I needed to book my boy in for a scan. Best Practice Insurer aka Many Pets

From my initial application to ensure my five dogs to the times I have unfortunately had to claim against my policy I have found their customer service second to none. Their uncomplicated approach to claims coupled with their excellent communication is greatly received during what is stressful and emotional time for pet owners. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Excellent Customer Service

Last Thursday afternoon I submitted a claim online which took 5 minutes. In the early evening I received an Email from Many Pets advising that my claim had been paid! The money was in my bank by 10 the next morning. I have always been impressed by their service & I have recommended them to my friends. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Quick and efficient and good value for money.

I can't fault them. The last time I claimed, earlier this year, the money was in my account before my payment to the Vet had actually cleared my Bank. The claim process us easy, and the "fixed for mife" pick that I have is worth every penny. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Help when needed

Rosie our beautiful JR stopped being able to jump. Day by day she was disappearing before our eyes. With the help of the telephone vet we referred to a neurosurgeon big costly op which Many Pets dealt with via the Practise. Rosie is now fine after spinal surgery. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Insurance for our rescues

We have 2 older rescue dogs and Many Pets was the only company that would consider insuring our boys. One has pre-existing conditions and Many Pets didn't hold that against us. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Outstanding

I’ve been with Many pets for at least 4 years. The prices are affordable, and they are easy to communicate with and very prompt in settling claims. You can talk with their customer service teams, who are knowledgeable and and very helpful. I’ve been in the past with other insurance companies, who’s premiums go up excessively and more fickle to work with. Alway recommend Many pets to my friends as the first to go to.
