New to Many Pets ,but was treated very well by them and they explained everything

Rescues Rescued

I have two rescue dogs, a greyhound and a mixed breed. My poor greyhound came from the racing industry and deserved a quiet life on the sofa. Sadly he was attacked by two dogs, ran into a tree and finally became paralysed after a herniatied disc in his spine. If it wasn't for our brilliant insurance policy and wonderful service from many pets I do not know what I would have done. This gave me the confidence to rescue a second hour, this time a Spanish dog, pondenco mixed will terrier etc, a bit of a little licorice allsort. She is an extreme fear case so we need to take it day bay day, but I feel so much better knowing maypets will have our backs. A massive woof woof from Otto and Cherry! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Affordable and easy to make a claim

You don't want to ever have to make use of your pet insurance, however when the need arose I found it really simple to make a claim by submitting a photo of the vet's bill. I also used the First Vet's app which is included in the cost of the insurance, this enabled me to speak to a vet within 20 minutes. The piece of mind alone is worth the cost of this insurance. Very cheap, and provide good service

When we needed them, they were there.

Our Jack Russell developed a rare recessive Terrier disorder that causes a hip joint to slowly disintegrate due to a lack of blood supply. At 2 years old and after they supported multiple diagnostic stages, he had now had a total hip replacement and is just like a normal, happy dog with full movement and playful again - like he was up until 6 months old which is when the disease starts. Thank you ManyPets as without you, we would have been continually worried about money and our little dog would have 3 legs. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
