My puppy had some digestive problems. I paid the vet and then made a claim to ManyPets shortly after. I then realized that I had paid out a little more as the additional bills all related to the same illness. Spoke to employee, No problems, no questions, was sorted within minutes and received the correct payout claim within 2 weeks of making the claim.
