Downhill since change to ManyPets

Bought by Many were terrific but seem to have went downhill a bit after the name change. Claims take an eternity to pay out and now have to chase them up. The policy itself is excellent and good value for money and the people on the phones are wonderful, just hope they get the claims but right again. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
