Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very easy to claim. Quick settlement of claims.

We have used Bought by Many (now May Pets) for our previous dog, now sadly departed, and with our current Labrador. Insurance seems good value for money when compared with similar insurers. Prompt handling of claims. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

5 Star service for claim & renewal

I had to claim back in May, process was so easy. All done online, just a few questions and claim was paid within 2 hours of submission. Also renewal was due in August, was dreading it because of claim (albeit a small claim) and was pleasantly surprised that monthly premium had reduced by £5 - no hesitation in renewing with Many Pets.
