Excellent friendly professional service

Our puppy was diagnosed with cancer at 7 months old, the support we received from Many Pets was outstanding and personal. On her death we received hassle free and quick claim settlement. All staff I have dealt with have been a credit to Many Pets. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Many Pets are super efficient. I put in a claim along with a receipt on a Sunday evening and funds were received into my bank account on the Monday morning. They also partner with 1st Vets, a 24 hour on-line video call service where I was able to speak to a qualified vet for free out of hours. The vet was able to see my cat's injury on line and offer immediate advice. I highly recommend Many Pets. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Not the cheapest insurance but neither I’d it the most expensive. However, the service I received when my dog needed to visit the vet was second to none. I submitted my claim at 1pm on a Sunday and it was paid by 4pm the same day via BACS. Nothing short of amazing. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
