Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Good cover and escellent service when I needed to claim

Our cat was diagnosed as diabetic in June 2022, needing investigation and prescription of twice daily insulin, administered by us at home. The claim I made in July was paid accurately, without quibble, and within the working day! Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Very happy customer

I have both my Jack Russells insured. One has had an allergy problem and is on quite expensive medication. As soon as I send the bill it is paid literally within hours. Very impressed. I’m not sure how this will effect the policy next year but we will wait and see. Overall very happy with the service when you call as well. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Such a caring company

We have our 3 pets insured by many pets. Last October, we sadly lost our beautiful boy Charlie ( cat ) he had sadly ingested rat poison, either by eating it or by catching a rat that had eaten it. When we had him put to sleep, I rang many pets to inform them what had happened. The extremely nice man on the phone was so sympathetic, told me because we had the platinum cover, that we were covered for his death and also for cremation. We had by then buried Charlie in the garden in his favourite spot. A couple of days later, the payment had been paid itno our account, and then we also recieved a hand written sympathy card, signed by all the staff. It was such a lovely gesture.
