Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great price, even greater service

Very pleased that I am with them

Our pup was found chewing a packet of ibruprofen age just 12 weeks on a Saturday evening! I had a video call with one of their vets who arranged for us to immediately get her to emergency vets! She had to stay in for 2 days! I had to pay the vets as they didn’t deal with many pets, but they paid me out within 3 weeks! Really pleased with them! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Efficient!

I have my two dogs insured with different companies. Koda is with Many Pets and Sunny is older and with another company and I wish I could change her to Many Pets but she has existing conditions. Many Pets reimburse claims immediately. I have to complete a form with the same details every time which takes ages and then submit it to the vet for completion for the other company. There when I needed them!

My gorgeous boy was taken ill suddenly in December 2021. I was a new customer and can honestly say they were amazing. I thought when I dropped Hugo off at Wear Referrals that I wouldn’t see him again. Many Pets took all the hassle away and I only had to make the initial phone call.
