Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great insurer.

Very straightforward to use, love that I get 20% back if I don't claim during the year. Am fortunate to have never needed to claim so can't comment on that side. Also love the recommendation and then I receive a voucher. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Good value for the level of cover.

Excellent service on the phone,friendly,professional, knowledgeable ,efficient and understanding. Detailed T&C's and dont have to get prior approval for treatment. This made it easier when we had to get an emergency appointment when on holiday and you have plenty of time to submit a claim. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
