When we made a claim our vet had unfortunately put an incorrect date down so our claim was refused but once proven that a mistake had been made they reversed their decision & paid in full. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

I have had a run of bad luck with cats unfortunately and Many pets were great when it came to coming through with insurance payments in good time.
